Mod preparare: Vinetele si ardei se coc si se curata. Pe un platou se asaza vinetele si deasupra ardeii. Se toarna pe deasupra iaurtul cu usturoi si se amesteca. Carnea tocata se rumeneste separat si se pune pe deasupra. In untul topit se dizolva ardeiul rosu pisat si se toarna peste mincare.
