Ingrediente: 3 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and quartered 3 Fuji apples, peeled, cored, and quartered 1 cup unfiltered apple juice 2 tablespoons cognac or brandy 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mod preparare: 1) In a sealable microwave−safe container, combine apples with all other ingredients. 2) Close lid, leaving one corner of lid open to allow steam to escape. 3) Microwave on high for 10 minutes. 4) Using a hand blender or potato masher, blend to desired consistency. 5) Serve hot immediately or chill for later use. Yield: 1 quart

Ingrediente: 250-300 g stafide, 2 kg zahar, 6 l apa, 3 lamii, 10 g drojdie de bere (facultativ).

Mod preparare: Stafidele se trec prin masina de tocat si se pun intr-o damigeana de 10 l.Zaharul se dizolva in 3 l apa, se adauga sucul de la o lamiie si se lasa sa fiarba 10 minute;apoi se raceste cu restul de apa si se toarna peste stafide, impreuna cu zeama de la celelalte lamii (cca 100 ml suc) si coaja intreaga de la o lamiie (ca sa capete gust putin amarui)

VISINATA

Ingrediente: 5 kg visine, 1/2 kg cirese amare, 1/2 kg zmeura sau fragute, 100 ml rom, un plic cu zahar vanilat, 1 & 1/2 kg zahar, 1 & 1/2 l alcool de 70 grade sau 1 l alcool de 87 grade si 1 l rachiu alb, 8-10 picaturi esenta de migdale.

Mod preparare: Intr-o damigeana de 10 l se pun visinele, impreuna cu ciresele amare si cu zmeura sau fragutele; zaharul se presara la urma, peste ele. Damigeana se scutura bine, ca sa se amestece fructele cu zaharul. Se leaga la gura cu tifon si se lasa la soare 5-6 zile sau numai la caldura, in bucatarie, pina cind fructele isi lasa zeama si se topeste bine zaha
